Seems like almost all the banks in India have suddenly opened their eyes in filing complaints on defaulters who are not playing loans for a long time. After the Nirav Modi and Punjab National Bank issue broke out, now bank officials are taking action on many suspected defaulters to avoid embarrassment in the near future.
Popular for her stint as the second heroine in Krishna Vamsi’s Chandamama, Mallu beauty Sindhu Menon has done interesting films in many southern languages. It’s now being accused that she stood as a guarantor for her brother Manoj Karthikeyan Varma’s 30 lakhs loan secured from a Bank Of Baroda branch in Bangalore. It’s now heard that the loan was taken using forged documents and also not being repaid for a long time.
With the bank complaining about the same, police arrested Sindhu’s brother and also another lady named Nagasri. And they have included her name as 3rd accused in the FIR and issued her a notice to attend for questioning. Currently, the actress is in the UK as she shifted to London after marrying an IT employee Prabhu from that place.
We have to appreciate the super fine work of both Bank and Police because they fail to catch an 11000+ crore defaulter like Nirav Modi but catches the one who is not repaying 30 lakhs that too if he’s a celebrity’s brother. Anyway, the law will take its own course.
