Part-time politician, part-time TV host Roja never leaves an opportunity to take on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. She is at again. This time, it’s in Tirumala. Tirumala is a pilgrimage and usually politicians after darshan of Balaji won’t talk politics in the premises. Yet that didn’t held back Roja in doing politics and talking to media over there.
In what can be heights of politicisation, Roja said that Chandrababu is not giving ministry to son Nara Lokesh as he is afraid of a “coup” a la Akhilesh Yadav’s coup to Mulayam Singh Yadav.
This statement from Roja come as a rude shock to even political pundits. Especially how an Opposition leader seeks ministry to CM’s son and thus encourage “family” involvement in the government. On one hand if he gives, opposition then comes back and cry ‘CM is giving importance to family in government’ and even if he is not giving then they’re making it issue saying ‘CBN afraid of Lokesh’s coup’.
It can be noted that Roja was once suspended from the Legislative Assembly for her double-meaning words on the CM and later apologised, but looks like she hardly learnt any lessons.
