TTD’s former Chief Priest Ramana Deekshitulu is trying to highlight the injustice meted to him from a time. But in that process, the kind of persons he’s meeting with and the king of organisations that are backing him, are creating many doubts to all the devotees of Lord Balaji and other Telugu people.
Along with one Borugadda Anil, former Chief Priest Ramana Deekshitulu has met the media today at Somajiguda Press Club to shower more accusations on TTD and the ruling Andhra Pradesh government. And this Anil also backed Ramana Deekshitulu’s claims and spoke at large about Srivaari Sevalu and others. But surprisingly, Anil happens to be a Christian who runs Simon Amrutha Foundation that looks after Christian minorities, as per media reports. While running a Christian organisation on one side, one wonders how come Anil shed tears for Lord Balaji at the press meet.
When Tirupathi and the shrine of Lord Balaji are treated as the highest abode by Hindu community, what happens to the sanctity of it when a former priest like Ramana Deekshitulu joins hands with people from other religions is the question here. Though the Chief Priest justified his claims saying that he will be meeting whoever fills his hunger (read YS Jagan and now other Christian Organisations), surely he’s losing respect among devotees for joining hands with people from other faiths.
When people from other faiths are not allowed to work in the Tirumala shrine, for which even the Mirasis including Ramana Deekshitulu fight for, how come this former priest now gets backing of Christian Organisations is another question now.
