Bollywood is yet to come out of the shocking loss of Sridevi. The Hindi film industry is still finding ways to pay tributes to the yesteryear diva. In the process, a leading production house is said to be remaking a Sridevi’s cult classic in Hindi.
Apparently, Deepika Padukone, one of the highest paid Bollywood actresses, is going to reprise Sridevi’s role in the remake of her hit South Indian film which was made in some four decades ago. However, the name of the movie which Deepika will be remaking is kept under wraps. This leggy lass had recently admitted that she is a huge fan of Sridevi.
Deepika is currently at the pinnacle of her career, following the blockbuster success of the controversial historical magnum opus ‘Padmaavat’. She is yet to sign a new film, and this exciting remake will surely leave her fans thrilled. Names of the director and the producer who will be helming this movie will be revealed soon.
