It’s being widely speculated that proposed wedding of Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor may be delayed further.
With untimely death of Bollywood female superstar Sridevi, the wedding plans of Sonam Kapoor with her boy friend Anand Ahuja has been postponed. Earlier, the marriage was scheduled to take place in mid-2018 (June/July) at Jodhpur palace.
Anand Ahuja and Sonam Kapoor are seeing each other for last couple of years and the young entrepreneur has become a very close associate to Anil Kapoor’s family. Particularly, during the time of bereavement, Anand stood by their family as ‘pillar of strength’ – described a source close to Kapoor’s family but doesn’t want his name to be disclosed.
The source adds, ‘not only did he take care of Sonam, but he also has been a great support to the entire Kapoor family.’ With the unexpected death in family, the marriage of star actress may not happen in 2018.
On the work front, Sonam has two films (Veera Di Wedding and Sanju) in post production stage and a film under Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production is being filmed.
