Grammar Mistake In Star Heroine’s Tattoo

The craze for tattoos has been increasing these days. Whether it is among the commoners or the celebrities, everyone is showing interest in getting inked. From Trisha’s fish tattoo on her breast to RK tattoo on Deepika Padukone’s nape and small flower tattoo on Samantha’s waist, we have seen many. But what if there occurs a typo error in the tattoo.

Beautiful Hollywood actress Emma Watson has shot to fame across the globe with the super hit Harry Potter franchise. This 27-year-old actress will always stay as Hermoine Granger for Harry Potter lovers. Recently, she attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Awards wearing a black gown and trying a fringy hair-do. Everything was fine until people started spotting her tattoo on her forearm.

It was already known that she gave quite a lot of vocal support for #MeToo and #TimesUP campaign which started as the protest against the sexual misconduct of Harvey Weinstein. Now, Emma got the name of the movement inked on her forearm. On her forearms were the words ‘Times Up’. However, the grammatical mistake in her tattoo has caught the attention. It is ‘Time’s Up’ (read Time is up) but not ‘Times Up’ and the missing apostrophe has triggered the trollers.

Netizens started trolling Emma for getting a typo error in her tattoo. Some even called it tacky. But the actress hasn’t taken it seriously and replied back with her tweet. “Fake tattoo proof-reading position (job) available. Experience with apostrophes a must”, she tweeted. That’s a satire!!
