Yesteryear heroine and buxom beauty Raasi has delivered a baby girl in Chennai recently. Both newborn and mother are said to be healthy and doing well. With the arrival of baby girl, the family is in jubilation and of the feeling that their house’s “Maha Lakshmi” was born. Not many know that Raasi got married to a film director SS Nivas.
Acted in both Tamil and Telugu films, Raasi is known for her films like Pawan’s Gokulamlo Seetha and Jagapathi-starrer Subhakankshalu. During the end of her career, Raasi has sizzled in films like Mahesh Babu-starrer Nijam and Ravi Teja’s Venky. Raasi finally settled with her husband in Chennai and staying there. Time will tell whether Jr Raasi will carry off her mother’s acting legacy.
