CBI and its notices are creating tremors in Jagan’s camp with the young leader trying to explore all the loop holes of law to escape from the clutches of investigation agency.
Fearing his arrest when he attends before CBI tomorrow, YS Jagan has filed anticipatory bail in the CBI special court. Jagan’s counsel cited reasons that Government is trying to prevent their client from continuing his election campaign by planning for his arrest. They also stated that CBI is doing this as a party of revenge drama initiated by ruling Congress party. As Court ordered CBI to issue notice to Jagan under CRPC 41A, the YSR Congress chief is worried that he will be grilled as soon as he enters the investigation agency’s office. However, the chances for him to get a bail are very low as per law experts.
Even if he gets a bail sanctioned by the court, Jagan cannot escape the questioning of CBI as Nimmagadda and Mopidevi are revealing vital information. Now Mopidevi too was sent behind bars. Rather proving his innocence by attending before CBI, Jagan’s moves to evade arrest are indeed proving that he is the master culprit, says a Telugudesam leader.
