Yesteryear heroine and director Jeevitha who is currently in politics was awarded two years jail term. Erramanzil court today awarded two years imprisonment to her in a cheque bounce case. Court also asked Jeevitha to furnish two sureties and a personal bond of Rs 25 lakh after hearing to the complaint of one producer Sekhar Reddy alleging that she defaulted him Rs 25 lakhs.
Sekhar Reddy who produced Evadaite Nakenti complained that the cheques she gave him bounced back and didnot give him the amount even after several months. Recently a local court issued Non Bailable Warrant against Jeevitha for not appearing in front of the court.
