Daughter of acclaimed actor Mohan Raman, she debuted into the industry with Gautham Menon’s Vinmaythandi Varuvaaya in 2010 has become a starlet lady comedian in South. The actress has done so many movies both in Telugu as well as Tamil. In many recent Telugu films including Bhaagamathie, her comedy won good marks.
As said earlier, Vidyu also has a way of showing her love for Rajinikanth. She gets her shooting dates book get signed by him every year. Only after Rajni signs the book, she (or her manager) will start entering dates into that book. She did the same for 2018 as well and shared it on social media.
