In India where the population is around 130 crore, Lakhs of people have been dying every year in the road accidents. Most of the two-wheelers riders who met with an accident were succumbing to the injuries just for not wearing helmets.Mahesh Babu came in support of the #Sisters4Change Campaign which is meant to create awareness about road safety norms. He says 28 people have been dying every day in India just due to carelessness. Prince appealed all the Sisters to gift a helmet to their brothers along with Rakhi for this Raksha Bandhan. #Sisters4Change Campaign was actually launched by TRS MP Kavitha on the eve of her brother KTR’s birthday. The Nizamabad MP thanked Superstar for supporting the good initiative. She hopes the video message of Prince makes at least few people gift helmets to save lives.
Already, NTR has been campaigning for road safety measures through his movies. Now, Mahesh Babu too came forward to bring a change. It’s a good sign & people respect them even more due to the concern they have for the society!
