West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has heaped praises on AP CM and former NDA convener Chandrababu Naidu. Supporting Naidu, Mamata has made interesting comments on her Twitter page where she attacked BJP to the core. She went onto allege that the Modi-led Union Government is trying to “bulldoze” the States. Mamata welcomed the new change.
“I appreciate that Chandrababu Naidu Ji @ncbn has stated the facts. Very good. There are many so called leaders who spread lies. They make this a habit. They try and bulldoze States and show that they are doing the States a favour by giving funds. This is fake federalism,” wrote Mamata Banerjee on her official Twitter account.
Although BJP’s name is not directly mentioned, it is clear that Mamata is targeting BJP for conducting “fake federalism” . Mamata’s outright support to Chandrababu indicates that she would like to rope in TDP to join their new front for an alternative, political force.
While KCR has personally visited Mamata by going all the way to West Bengal to discuss on the new political front, Mamata in contrary has tweeted praising Naidu and attacked BJP-led Union Government. wooing Chandrababu to join the front.
