The trailer of Sai Dharam Tej’s Winner was all set to be launched grandly on Thursday (Feb 9). But in a last minute shocker, the trailer launch was postponed. And fresh date wasn’t announced. Many who were expecting the trailer was shocked. Since the film’s release is only two weeks from now and the trailer isn’t released yet, many have wondered what is the reason for postponing the trailer.
It’s learnt that there’s interesting reason that stopped the trailer release. The makers are said to be waiting for clearance certificate from the Animal Welfare Board of India.
Indian films that show animals have to obtain a no-objection certificate from the Animal Welfare Board of India. Even to show them in the film’s trailer, the NOC is mandatory. Since there was a delay in the issue of the certificate from the Animal Welfare Board, the trailer launch was postponed.
The trailer would be unveiled once they get clearance certificate. That’s the story behind delay in Winner trailer.
