Though Nag tried all possible ways to create hype about the film, all efforts went vain with no takers for the film hitherto.Lately, Ram Gopal Varma announced to direct Nagarjuna’s son Akhil in a film. However, neither Nag nor Akhil has reacted to the director’s declaration.
As per latest info, Akhil and Ram Gopal Varma’s film has been shelved.
In fact, Nagarjuna too didn’t wish Akhil to associate with RGV considering his track record, though he couldn’t say no to the film-maker.With many controversies surrounding RGV and with reports of Tollywood considering to ban him, Nagarjuna is said to have taken the decision to cancel Akhil’s movie with the director.It is actually a good resolution at this point of time when entire industry is blaming RGV for what he had done recently. Even, his best disciple Puri Jagannadh condemned his acts.
Meanwhile, a big sigh of relief for Akkineni fans with the latest development as they feel it was a suicidal attempt if Akhil joined hands with RGV.
