No Confidence Motion: Congress, CPM Joins The Club

Chandrababu Naidu-led Telugu Desam Party has begun a new era in Indian politics by launching an attack on Modi. After TDP quit NDA and moved No-Confidence Motion against ruling BJP government, all major opposition parties and even other allies of BJP have come together.

The latest is that Congress party has now decided to move its own No-Confidence Motion on Tuesday (Mar 27, 2018). Also, CPM has decided to table its own No-Trust Motion in Parliament on Tuesday.

Since the numbers of BJP in Rajya Sabha are neck-and-neck and is admittedly difficult, BJP is avoiding the no-confidence motion for the past few days citing lame reasons.

In fresh move, TRS MPs have decided not to go into well in the Parliament during the session to avoid the din in the house thus making way for the no-confidence motion to be taken up by the Speaker against the incumbent Modi government.

TDP, YSRCP, SP, BSP, TMC, Congress, CPM, CPI, NCP, TRS are likely to vote against the no-confidence motion. This sends a strong signal to the nation that a lot of people have no trust, no confidence against the present government led by Modi.
