Analysis:
Given that it’s director Sripuram Kiran’s first film, naturally, Ram Leela has its share of stumbling blocks. But thanks to Havish who rescued the film by carrying it off on his shoulders. Hail his acting abilities, voice modulation who breathed life into his character. Havish as Ram stole the show and Nandita’s glam quotient revved up the film’s beauty.
Havish certainly has good future provided he choose right scripts. At a time, Telugu audiences are complaining that our films lack “story”, here’s the answer for you – Ram Leela. Barring the execution of story and its treatment, the film is passable and a one-time watch as it has good production values and a story that is related to current trend. Had the director handled it well, the film could have been better.
