A production of the very successful Dil Raju, the directorial of a hit director, a Devi Sri Prasad musical, the film starring Ram – despite all these factors, young heroines are rejecting an untitled film as they were asked to play second lead heroine character.
After Kannada sensation Rashmika Mandana and Surabhi, Megha Akash of LIE fame has become the new girl to reject the Ram-Trinadha Rao Nakkina (Nenu Local fame) film. She had earlier given her verbal consent, but refused to be part of the film after learning that she was offered a small role.
In some two-heroine films, there is equal screen time and importance for the characters of both. But, in some films, the second heroine role is very small and it may get even shorter after passing through editing table. This is probably the reason why these young heroines are consciously rejecting such second fiddle roles, in this case the Ram-starrer, which has Anupama Parameswaran playing main female lead.
The film has recently commenced its regular shooting.
