Stating that YSRCP honorary president YS Vijayamma has right to tour Parakala Assembly constituency, former minister Dr P Shanker Rao has said that Vijayamma must spell her party stand clear on Telangana issue.Speaking to the media at CLP office on Friday, Dr Rao said that nobody in the Telangana region has forgotten YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy displaying placard against separate Telangana in the Lok Sabha.Giving details of the Congress vote bank in the State, Dr Rao urged AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi to announce decision on Telangana issue immediately as the people of the region were solidly behind the Congress party. He reiterated that the Congress party alone will bring separate Telangana State.
