In truth, it’s no surprise to hear rumors about a love-affair between heroes and heroines. And, very rarely, we get to read about the relationship rumors involving a heroine and director. In one of such speculations, Tholiprema star Raashi Khanna was allegedly linked with 35-year old ‘Supreme’ director Anil Ravipudi.
After Supreme, Raashi made a special appearance in one of the songs of Anil’s ‘Raja -The Great’ -featuring Ravi Teja and Mehreen Pirzada. That was more than enough for gossipmongers to set the rumor mill spinning among Filmnagar circles. Responding to gossip for the first time, Raashi out rightly quashed off saying ‘they are stupid rumors’.
The Delhi-girl tried to clear things up by adding that Anil has been her good friend right from the days of Supreme and the guest appearance in ‘Raja-The Great’ happened only because of that friendship with Anil and actor Ravi Teja. ‘It’s okay to write on us, if there’s anything between us. But, how can they cook up such a blunt rumor from nowhere,’ wondered Raashi.
‘I may be an actress but most-importantly, I’m a daughter and a normal girl like everyone else. But, when I read such faux pas rumors, it hurts me a lot,’ said Raashi by clarifying that she’s dating no one for now. She added – ‘But, during my college days, a senior guy proposed me with a love letter which I handed over to my mom.’
Currently, the young actress is enjoying the super success of her latest outing with Varun Tej- Tholiprema, which’s opened to great response from critics and audiences.
