Holy shrine Tirumala may be in Andhra Pradesh and its revenue goes to Andhra Pradesh only under all circumstances. However it is coming as a shocker that TTD owes a whopping Rs 241 crore to Telangana.
Harish Rao, Legislative Affairs Minister of Telanagna replying to a question by G.Vital Reddy,TRS member in assembly during question hour said TTD owes 241 crores under the Common Good Fund (CGF).
He said as per AP Reorganisation act, Telangana government should get share of 241 crore from TTD. He said Government will approach TTD after it deposits the amount with the endowments department.
