Going by latest reports, Vishnu Manchu’s much awaited film Anukshanam, directed by Ram Gopal Varma, which created a lot of buzz with its trailer, is out of Independence Day. We hear that production house has pushed the film’s release to September keeping the great response to the film’s auction in mind. As the concept of auction has clicked well, despite being last-minute revelation and with few flaws like not having Credit Card payment option, makers are now planning to fix this them considering tremendous response from NRIs.
The movie has Madhu Shalini and Tejaswi Madivada, of Ice Cream and SVSC fame, in significant roles. Vishnu is stepped into a cop role and the movie revolves around a miscreant cab driver who is on killing spree. Though Vishnu plays a police officer, he will not be seen in cop dress exactly in the film. Already, Vishnu’s looks with slightly bushy moustache catapulted a lot of attention towards the film.
With this Vishnu has given way to Surya’s Sikander (Anjaan Telugu remake) and Sachiin Joshi’s Nee Jathaga Nenundali which are due for Aug 15 release.
