Amid wide-spread speculations and reports that she got engaged with a Tamil producer-business tycoon Varun Manian, Trisha clears the air. At the same time, she once again set the record straight on her alleged relationship with Rana Daggubati. Reacting to having an affair with Rana Daggubati and later it got broken up, Trisha said, “I had already said that we were just friends.
When I haven’t to being in a relation with someone and if people say I’m out of it. Why should I comment on it? It doesn’t make sense then? And it doesn’t make any sense now.” On reports of her engagement with Varun Manian, Trisha said, “I’m not engaged. If I’m hitched, why will I hide it? My first responsibility is to inform my producers and people I’m working with.”
On further prodding that Varun had proposed her and Trisha accepted, she said, “I can’t comment on it as another person and his family are involved. He is just my friend and posing with a friend doesn’t mean I got engaged. It’s too early to say anything now.” Meanwhile, Trisha also made it clear that she would love to get married. “Yes, I’d love to get married. But I’ve to come to terms with my head and heart to marry someone. Only if I feel so, I’ll take a call on walking down the aisle.”
