Ram Charan is reportedly set to headline an ambitious new project backed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, envisioned as a grand historical adventure drama set against a dense jungle backdrop.

Interestingly, the film’s origin traces back to a concept once associated with Rowdy Rathore 2. Veteran writer K. V. Vijayendra Prasad had initially developed a sequel script, but the project failed to take off at the time.

The idea was later reimagined by Durgesh Singh, known for his work on Gullak Season 2 and Shakti Shalini. He reportedly reshaped the narrative into a period jungle adventure, aligning it more closely with Ram Charan’s larger-than-life screen persona.

The film is said to be helmed by a prominent Bollywood director and is being planned as a pan-India spectacle. It will primarily be shot in Hindi and dubbed into multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada to ensure wider reach.

Notably, Bhansali and Ram Charan had previously explored a collaboration based on the story of Maharaja Suheldev, which did not materialise. However, this new venture is believed to match, if not exceed, that project in terms of scale, ambition, and cinematic vision.
