Hrithik Roshan Likely to Collaborate with Tollywood Director KS Bobby
Noted Telugu director KS Bobby, known for commercial hits like Waltair Veerayya, has yet to deliver a spine-chilling or major box office blockbuster. Despite this, Megastar Chiranjeevi has teamed up with him once again. Now, buzz is emerging that Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan may collaborate with Bobby on a new film.
While promoting his latest production, Band Melam, featuring the lead pair Roshan and Sridevi, writer-producer Kona Venkat revealed that he, along with KS Bobby, narrated a story to Hrithik Roshan. Kona added that Hrithik was reportedly impressed and “shaken” by the concept. Known for his strong Bollywood connections, Kona’s claim, if it materializes, could mark a significant moment for Tollywood.
However, industry insiders note that simply making comedy films with action and drama is no longer enough. Filmmakers like Kona Venkat and Srinu Vaitla, who once thrived with such formulas, have struggled to maintain relevance.
