With his touching gestures, thought provoking words and selfless attitude coupled with caring greetings, Megastar Amitabh Bachhan redefined how a TV show would get immense nationwide attention when a hero of his persona hosts the show. That happened with ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ in 2000, 14 years back, and the show along with Big B’s mesmeric acts still continues.
Currently into its 8th season, KBC new episodes are being aired from August 17th this year. Recalling the wonderful happenings that KBC brought into life, Amitabh says, ‘KBC has been giving most humblest moments to me from last 14 years. When an episode is over and I meet audiences personally, the handmade gifts they give is the most touching moment’. In the total 8 seasons, Big B hosted all the episodes with grace, grandeur and legendary, while Season 3 was seen Shahrukh Khan taking the host-seat.
The first ever episode of KBC offered 1 Crore rupees as the highest prize for winner, and the latest 8th season is offering 7 crores. Telugu verison of KBC, Meelo Evari Koteeswarudu is also a grand hit and host Nagarjuna too got moved emotionally like Big B.
