The much-anticipated collaboration between Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Sethupathi has finally unveiled its first explosive look, sending shockwaves across social media. Unveiled on Vijay Sethupathi’s birthday, the first-look poster of the film titled Slum Dog, with the striking tagline “33 Temple Road,” has instantly grabbed attention.

The poster presents a dark and unsettling world—an abandoned godown flooded with currency bundles, broken crates, and ominous splashes of dried blood. At the heart of this grim setting stands Vijay Sethupathi in a fierce and brutal avatar, unlike anything seen before.

With an unruly beard, layered ragged attire, and a blood-streaked presence, Vijay Sethupathi embodies a character shaped by desperation and forged by the harsh realities of the streets. His torn shawl and hardened expression reflect a man driven to the edge, while the blood-soaked machete loosely hanging from his grip steals the spotlight, hinting at the violence and intensity that define the character.

It is evident that Puri Jagannadh is presenting Vijay Sethupathi in a never-seen-before role, promising a raw, gritty cinematic experience. The poster alone suggests a narrative steeped in danger, power, and survival.

The film is produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur, in association with JB Narayan Rao Kondrolla of JB Mohan Pictures. Samyuktha plays the female lead, while acclaimed actors Tabu and Vijay Kumar appear in pivotal roles.

Adding further weight to the project, National Award–winning composer Harshavardhan Rameshwar is on board to deliver the music for this high-voltage pan-India entertainer.
