700 Telangana RTC Buses lying in AP

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are already engaged in bitter battles over power and water sharing among each other. According to the latest Bus Bomb may soon explode on both the warring states. It is known that bifurcation of state transport APSRTC is getting delayed.
A senior officer according to the sources objected to the non implementation of the recommendations of Purushottam Committee report. Purushottam Committee stated that over 700 buses lying in Andhra Pradesh should be transferred to Telangana. This will result in significant gain to Telangana bringing in Rs 1 crore a day. 
Each Bus will generate Rs 14000 per day to RTC in Telangana. More over this will create more than 3000 jobs. Thomas Reddy, working President of Telangana Mazdoor Union (TMU) said Andhra Pradesh is operating more buses to Telangana than vice versa. He said the issue was raised in 2012 itself.
