Once Hrudayakaleyam became a hit, director-producer Sai Rajesh (Steven Shankar) announced Kobbari Matta. The film’s production work is going on and the film’s lead actor Sampoornesh Babu is trying to do bit roles in small roles to get a plus from audiences.
So talk in Film Nagar is that Sai Rajesh is willing to wrap up the film for Rs 50 lakhs and sell it to another producer. Another rumour is that an NRI from the US is contemplating buying the film from him. In the past, Hrudayakaleyam made some money thanks to social media.
But watching him in yet another full-length role might be tedious second time around. Probably, that’s the reason behind the film not being released as yet.
