Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi attended the APTA Catalyst Global Business Conference 2025 as the chief guest in Hyderabad. The event, organized by the American Progressive Telugu Association (APTA), brought together influential entrepreneurs and leaders from India and abroad, especially the United States. In his address, Chiranjeevi shared significant moments from his personal and professional journey, inspiring young entrepreneurs with his insights and life lessons.

Chiranjeevi lauded APTA’s efforts in organizing the event, emphasizing the importance of supporting Telugu entrepreneurs globally. Recounting his early life, Chiranjeevi spoke about his humble beginnings in a middle-class family. As a seventh-grader, he dreamed of achieving greatness. Initially drawn to sports, injuries redirected him to the NCC, where he developed discipline and leadership skills. Participating in the Republic Day parade as a naval cadet gave him a sense of pride and accomplishment. However, it was during his college days that he discovered his passion for acting. Winning a Best Actor award in a play boosted his confidence and planted the seeds of his illustrious career.

Despite initial skepticism from his father about pursuing a career in films, Chiranjeevi remained determined. Acting brought him unmatched excitement, and he joined the Film Institute, where his talent quickly caught the attention of filmmakers. He shared how his journey was unique, as opportunities came to him without the need for relentless struggle.

Chiranjeevi also spoke about overcoming setbacks early in his career, such as being replaced in a film due to a previous failure at the box office. He turned this adversity into motivation, eventually collaborating with the same director on multiple successful projects. He highlighted the importance of rising above criticism and rejection, urging the audience to adopt a positive mindset and turn challenges into stepping stones.

Reflecting on his success, Chiranjeevi credited not just his talent but also his attitude and behavior. He emphasized that humility and the ability to maintain good relationships opened more doors for him than anything else. Even in moments of hurt or rejection, he remained grounded and focused, a quality he believes was instrumental in his rise to stardom.

Encouraging the young entrepreneurs present, Chiranjeevi advised them to focus on their goals and remain positive. He urged them not to chase money initially but to prioritize learning and growth, assuring them that success and wealth would follow naturally. He shared how he avoided negativity during his early days in Madras, focusing instead on nurturing the positive aspects of his life, which became his strength.
