The link between mining tycoon Gali Janardhan Reddy and BJP is well known. Although on the pretext of CBI Investigation initiated by Rosaiah government, BJP leadership distance itself from him, now things are again back to normal.
His brother Sriramulu is a BJP MP from Bellary region and the ties have been restored again to past groy. Sources say that Jagan sought some crucial help from Gali through BJP to counter the onslaught of TDP’s aakarsha campaign.
With fear that he will be losing more MLA’s in his stronghold of Rayalseema, Jagan has asked this help from his dear brother of YSR era, Gali. This was facilitated by BJP which also doesn’t want TDP to strengthen fully and become invincible.
Gali is reportedly assuring YSRCP MLA’s who are currently sitting on the fence to restrain and offered them all the help in terms of finances to withstand TDP. Hence some of them have atleast started settling back with Jagan camp for the time being!
