This golden girl has suddenly hit a roadblock thanks to one young hero Jiiva. Jiiva has been going through a flop streak with five straight flops and Thirunaal, his long delayed film with Nayanthara, released finally and pushed not only Jiiva into deep troubles but also got Nayanthara her first major flop in 3 years.
Thirunaal released last Friday and grossed only 6 crores in 3 days. The numbers are way too below for a film that starred Jiiva and Nayanthara. In the past, Jiiva’s films used to gross more than 7 crores in just 2 days.Nayanthara and her fans are highly upset with Thirunaal’s flop show and the actress may want to forget this bitter result by scoring a hit with Venkatesh’s Babu Bangaram, which is releasing on August 12.
