The White House on Sunday lifted the ban on the entry of immigrants from seven Muslim-majority nations with valid green cards into the US.
The controversial executive order banning the immigrants from the Muslim-majority countries has been reversed in the wake of the unprecedented protests form the US people across the country in support of the immigrants.
A representative from the White House has now officially said that the ban would not affect green card holders but the travelers would be subjected to questioning if found suspicious, means if they were traveling from or to the Muslim-majority nations.
On Saturday, hundreds of travelers having legal US green cards, were denied entry into the nation, and were detained at the airports. The Trump regime had to retreat in the wake of the nationwide protests.
