Once gain, Prime minister Narendra Modi praised Telangana CM KCR and his government for the successful implementation of Swachh Bharat programme launched by his government soon after came to power in 2014 in a big way.
At his Maan Ki Baat program, Modi said Telangana government is front runner in successfully implementing Swachh Bharat by constructing toilets in the rural areas and the measures taken for the cleanliness of urban areas particularly Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
In all his 30 minute talk on radio, Modi suggested the other states to emulate KCR and his government in promoting healthy life styles among people. He also advised BJP ruled states to study the mechanism adopted by TS government in executing successfully his dream project – Swachh Bharat.
It was not the first time Prime minister extolled KCR. Modi already sent commendations to KCR government for adopting digital transactions in a big way after the demonetization scheme launched in the country last year.
