Some directly write questions and poetry to the Minister, expecting a reply from him. And even if he replies them via personal inbox, they share it on their timelines. These are the social media crazy guys using KTR to get self-publicity.
Then there is this gang that invites KTR for all the film screenings. Definitely, the Minister is of the type that he shares a mini-review about any film he likes. And his tweets on a movie will be helpful to get more footfalls into theatres.
