It’s an unbelievable work for sure as everyone believed that “Rangasthalam” was shot somewhere in Godavari region, but frankly, the whole of the village was carved out at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. And everyone is taking time to appreciate that artwork done thereby transporting us to 80s era. Here is the downside.
Already the set has been opened to everyone and many Hyderabadis are going there to get clicked. While YouTube makers are filming shorts there, the general public is going for photographs. But the place is completely abandoned in the nights and such setups are always hideouts for drunkards and other anti-social elements. Isn’t it?
What if something happens in that set? Who will be held responsible? At that time, everyone including the producer, makers of the film, cast and crew, the owners of the land, will surely wash their hands off. And the best thing to do is either they provide a security to the place or demolish the whole thing.
Looks like leaving sets as is for the people became a rage these days after Baahubali makers left the Mahismathi town centre set in that way and Ramoji Film City attracting tourists for the same.
