The highly anticipated movie Game Changer, starring Ram Charan, is set to release on January 10th, with US premieres scheduled for January 9th. Following a request from producer Dil Raju for additional shows, benefit screenings, and ticket price hikes, the Telangana government issued an official order outlining the approvals and conditions.

The government rejected the request for a 1 am benefit show, citing public safety concerns after the recent Pushpa 2 stampede incident. However, permissions were granted for six screenings on January 10th, starting from 4 am. From January 11th to January 19th, the government approved the screening of five shows per day.

To accommodate the film’s high budget and audience expectations, a ticket price hike was approved. Multiplex theaters can charge an additional ₹150, while single theaters can add ₹100 to the existing rates for shows on January 10th. From January 11th to January 19th, multiplexes can charge ₹100 extra, and single theaters can add ₹50 to the regular ticket prices.

The government order emphasized that these permissions were granted with the condition that theaters screen advertisements highlighting the adverse effects of narcotics and drugs, as well as the dangers of cybercrime.
