Ex-MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao complained about a blackmail attempt on him by someone claiming to be CBI officials. The CBI probed into the matter to find out who the blackmailers were.
Malayalam actress Leena and her boyfriend Sukhesh Chandrasekhar tried to blackmail Ex-MP Rayapati. Leena is absconding and the police have already issued a lookout notice against her.
Leena’s associates Manivardhan, Archith, and Selva Rama Raju were taken into custody. According to the case details, Leena’s associate went to Rayapati’s house directly and started demanding money. Rayapati filed a complaint and the CBI started investigating it.
Earlier, Leena tried to blackmail Tamil leader TTV Dinakaran in the same way and there seems to be a number of similar fraud and blackmail cases against her. Leena appeared in Red Chillies and Madras Cafe movies.
