Shri Krishna Avatar in Mahoba: A Divine Warrior Tale on Screen
Two companies, The AbhayCharan Foundation and Sreejee Entertainment, have joined hands to create an ambitious new film titled Shri Krishna Avatar in Mahoba. Backed by the blessings of His Grace Jitamitra Prabhu Sri, a senior guru at ISKCON Delhi, the project will showcase the divine presence of Lord Shri Krishna in Mahoba during the 11th–12th centuries.
What makes this film unique is its fresh perspective—portraying Lord Krishna not just as the beloved deity of love and compassion, but also as a warrior. Designed for a global audience, the film will be released in multiple languages, blending rich cultural heritage with a universal spiritual message. A team of top experts is being assembled to ensure the production is both visually spectacular and spiritually profound.
Project manager Anil Vyas expressed his excitement, saying, “For the first time, audiences will see Lord Krishna as a warrior in a story rooted in history yet uplifting in its message. We believe people everywhere will connect with it, regardless of their background or beliefs.”
The film will be written and directed by Mukund Pandey, acclaimed for his ability to bring history to life on screen. Pandey stated, “Mahoba has a profound history and spiritual significance. We want to honor that while presenting a fresh and inspiring perspective on Lord Krishna’s life.”
Envisioned as more than just a film, Shri Krishna Avatar in Mahoba is intended to be a spiritual journey—highlighting Lord Krishna’s eternal message of love, compassion, and righteousness while exploring the history and cultural richness of Mahoba.
Further details regarding the cast and release date will be announced soon. Sreejee Entertainment, known for producing inspiring, family-friendly films, aims to make this project a landmark in Indian cinema.
