Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, is under the spotlight over a controversial land purchase in Alibaug, Maharashtra. Authorities allege that she acquired agricultural land in Thal village without obtaining the necessary permissions.

The property, valued at Rs 12.91 crore, was purchased from Mumbai’s Khote family on May 30, 2023. Suhana reportedly paid Rs 77.46 lakh in stamp duty, but the deal is now being reviewed by officials.

The land is designated exclusively for farming, raising concerns about its eligibility for private ownership. The property is registered under Deja Vu Farm Pvt Ltd., a company owned by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law.

This marks Suhana’s first property acquisition in Alibaug, followed by another purchase of Rs 10 crore on Alibaug beach within a year of the initial transaction.
