Tollywood’s young actor Aadi Saikumar, who made his hero debut with ‘Prema Kavali’, has scored a big hit with his maiden outing. However, except ‘Lovely’ and ‘Sukumarudu’, all his films in the recent past have ended up as disasters.
Now, the Operation Goldfish actor has pinned high hopes on his upcoming film ‘Sashi’. Earlier, the makers of the film had revealed that Sashi will hit the screens on 12th February as a valentine day treat.
The latest update is that Sashi will skip the 12th February release date and it will hit the cinemas on 19th March 2021. Reports suggest that Sashi team got back as Vaishnav Tej’s Uppena is also releasing on the same day. To avoid competition and theatres issue, the makers of the Aadi starrer postponed the release to March 19.
Sashi is directed by newcomer Srinivasa Naidu Nadikatla and is jointly bankrolled by Chitalapudi Srinivas and Chavali Ramanjaneyulu under the banner of Sri Hanuman Movie Makers. Tipped to be an emotional love story, it showcases the journey of a young musician with a dream. Surabhi and Raashi Singh are playing the female leads.
