ACB enquiry on Chandrababu Naidu?

If the news paper reports are to be believed, the Anti Corruption Bureau is all set to enquire Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP president, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, in the Revanth Reddy’s cash for vote scandal. The ACB has reportedly acquired all the preliminary evidences against Chandrababu and it will issue notices to the AP CM within a week.

As per the reports, Chandrababu bargained with several TRS MLAs over the phone and the Telangana Home Minister and TRS senior leader, Nayini Narasimha Reddy claims that the party has acquired the audio tapes of Babu’s conversation with the party’s MLAs and that they will be made public at the right time.

Speaking to the media regarding the case, the ACB team said that a Chief Minister is the kingpin in this bribery scam and the ACB is taking every protective measure to see the crucial evidences not getting leaked. The ACB further said that all the evidences it submits to the court must be supported with solid proofs and that the ACB is working on it at the moment.

Apart from Babu,  the ACB is also expected to question four MLAs and it is now in the process of tracing the bank account details from which the confiscated 50 lakhs was withdrawn.
