It’s well known that many people were killed in a fire accident at Swarna palace in Vijaywada. AP Chief minister Jagan announced an exgratia of 50 lakh sum to the bereaved family of the victims. But soon the ill fated incident turned into a political issue with mudslinging by opposition party members. They blamed that Jagan led government is reckless and claimed CM should not have permitted a hotel to turn into covid unit.
Amidst this heated debate, actor Ram pothineni in a row of tweets shared, he doubts that few people under CM Jagan led government are deliberately attempting to tarnish his reputation as part of huge conspiracy and showing him in bad light. He hinted him earnestly to look into the matter.
In another tweet Ram shared that the fire accident at Swarna Palace is being diverted unfairly to fees. He tweeted:
“FIRE + FEES = FOOLS DIVERTING the issue from FIRE to FEES …. only to FOOL all of us?
FEES Clarification: the Billing was done DIRECTLY by SWARNA PALACE HOTEL as they were RESPONSIBLE for the MANAGEMENT! DOCTORS are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the FIRE safety! #ApisWatching (sic).
He also took up his stance towards CM by saying that Swarna Palace was a quarantine centre run by government until Ramesh hospital took the initiative to turn it into covid unit 3 weeks ago. The actor emphasised, had this ill fated accident taken place 3 weeks earlier, people would have purposely blamed Jagan.
