The highly anticipated sequel G2, the next chapter in the much-loved Goodhachari spy thriller franchise, is shaping up to be an action-packed cinematic experience. Starring Adivi Sesh, who reprises his role as the enigmatic spy, the film marks the directorial debut of young editor Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi.
The movie recently wrapped up its European schedule, with Wamiqa Gabbi stepping in as the female lead. Known for her performance in the spy thriller series Khufiya, Wamiqa is expected to bring depth and emotion to the narrative. Adding further intensity to the film is Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi, who plays the primary antagonist.
On the occasion of Emraan Hashmi’s birthday, Adivi Sesh penned a heartfelt note, praising his co-star’s humility and authenticity. He expressed his joy in collaborating with Emraan, calling it an “incredible experience” and lauding the actor’s grounded personality.
Backed by TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal, G2 is being mounted on a lavish scale under the banners of People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments. With high-octane action sequences and unexpected twists, the film promises to deliver a gripping espionage thriller.
