If we have to go by this craze, his debut film “Akhil” needs to click big time to make those numbers a reality for distributors. If he has to bring 50 crores share, then the gross target is nearly 100 crores for sure. But what for this debutant is aiming at such a high slot? Let’s decode this mystery now.
King Nagarjuna has been hailed as one of the pillars of Telugu cinema alongside Chiru, Balayya and Venky after the wrapping of NTR-ANR-Krishna era. Much to anyone’s expectation, Nag never fared big and none of his latest movies touched 40-crore-mark in terms of revenues, baring Manam, which released under different circumstances.

Like a bullet released from gun, Akhil flies with mighty force just from 1st film rather establishing as an actor first, big hero later and getting star-status later. In a way, Akhil will be making the dreams of Nagarjuna and also Chaitu come true by unveiling himself as a super-start from day one after his grand-dad ANR.
