There were rumors that Akira might make a cameo in OG, but it didn’t materialize. Director Sujeeth reportedly felt that showing a teenager with his tall stature wouldn’t fit logically within the character’s growth arc. While some fans were disappointed about the missed cameo, many believe it’s better for Akira to debut as a full-fledged hero rather than in a brief role.
