Tentatively titled AA22xA6, the project promises to be a high-budget extravaganza that marries cutting-edge visuals with rooted Indian sensibilities.
Speaking at the WAVES Summit, Allu Arjun shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration:
“I was drawn to Atlee’s vision and ambition. We clicked instantly, and I believe we’re on the same creative wavelength. Our goal is to deliver something entirely new—a cinematic spectacle that feels global in scale, yet authentically Indian.”
This marks Arjun’s 22nd film and his first partnership with Atlee. Early reports suggest the duo are planning a narrative rich in action and emotion, set against a lavish production design that aims to set fresh benchmarks for Indian cinema.
Beyond the scale and star power, both Arjun and Atlee view AA22xA6 as a strategic step toward amplifying India’s presence on the world stage. Reflecting on the global film landscape, Arjun remarked:
“Hollywood, Korean, Iranian, and Chinese films have all made significant dents in the international box office. India’s industry is vast and storied, yet it hasn’t yet made its full impact globally. I believe the time is ripe for us to change that.”
