The paparazzi culture in Bollywood has once again become a hot topic of discussion. Huma explained that when celebrities want visibility, they invite photographers to premieres and events. “Whenever we want to be spotted, we call them. So, I don’t want to put all the blame on them,” she said. She added that throughout her 10–12-year career, she has shared a respectful rapport with the paparazzi. On days when she doesn’t look her best, she simply requests them not to click her, and they usually respect her wishes.

Actress Priyamani also echoed similar sentiments, revealing that many Bollywood celebrities deliberately call paps to airports, cafes, and promotional venues—and even pay them—to ensure they get photographed.
