However, the actress has firmly dismissed all such rumours. Speaking to a leading tabloid, Avika clarified, “All these pregnancy rumours are completely false. There is nothing like that. Koi aur news hai. Kya hai, jaldi batayenge (There is some other news. What is it? We’ll tell you soon).”

Avika and Milind first met in 2020 through mutual friends in Hyderabad, forming an instant connection. What began as a friendship gradually blossomed into a romantic relationship. The couple got engaged in June 2025 and later appeared together on the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, delighting fans with their chemistry.
