Anushka Shetty is gearing up for her next big project Ghaati, directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and co-starring Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu. While the film was initially slated for release on July 11, the makers have decided to postpone it, citing the need for more time to enhance its impact. Production house UV Creations shared a poetic note, emphasizing their commitment to making the film a more powerful theatrical experience.

Amidst the anticipation for Ghaati, Anushka took a heartfelt pause on the occasion of Guru Purnima. She posted a sincere message on Instagram, expressing deep gratitude to her spiritual mentor Bharat Thakur. Her message extended thanks not only to her guru but also to her parents, family, loved ones, and even to strangers and life’s situations that contributed to her growth. The note felt deeply personal and genuine, resonating with fans for its humility and authenticity.

She wrote:
“To my guru Bharat Thakur, for his grace and guidance always… to my parents, family, dear ones… to everyone known or unknown, and to moments and situations that helped me grow, helped me learn and unlearn… Thank you. Happy Guru Purnima.”

In a world where celebrity messages often feel curated, Anushka’s words stood out for their simplicity and soulfulness.

As for Ghaati, the film promises a gripping narrative, exploring the grey areas between right and wrong. With Vikram Prabhu portraying the intriguing character of Desi Raju, the film is backed by strong visuals from cinematographer Manojh Reddy, evocative art design by Thota Tharani, and music by the legendary Vidya Sagar.

For fans, the wait may be a bit longer, but Anushka’s message served as a reminder that her journey is not just about cinema—it’s also about introspection, gratitude, and grace.
