Actress Kajal Aggarwal tied the knot to Mumbai-based Kashmiri Gautam Kitchlu recently and her colleagues from Tollywood have nothing but love for her.
One among them is Anushka Shetty, who seems to share a close bond with the Magadheera actress. She took to social media to share a special message for the couple, wishing them happiness and wrote, “The highest happiness on earth is the happiness of marriage…Two souls with but a single thought; two hearts that beat as one…..Wishing a blissful married life to Dear kajal & Gautam. Congratulations to u Both.” (sic) And, of course, her post made many curious to know when Sweety will tie the knot too!
Meanwhile, Kajal recently posted pictures of the wedding and the couple looked extremely adorable and happy together. Kajal has once again shown her immense love towards the Telugu culture as she wrote “In our Punjabi meets Kashmiri wedding, we just had to include #Jeelakarrabellam జీలకర్రాబెల్లం – a tribute to both Gautam and my individual relationships with South India!” (sic) Further explaining why she chose to include the ceremony, she added, “In a Telugu wedding, Jeelakarra Bellam signifies the union/marriage of the bride and the groom. Jeelakarra (cumin) and bellam (jaggery) are made into a thick paste and put on a tamalapaku (betel leaf). The bride and the groom put it on each other’s head while the purohit chants mantras from the Vedas. The bride and the groom look at each other only after this ceremony is completed and this auspicious ceremony signifies that the couple will stay together in bitter and sweet times.” (sic)
